Sarah combines her past career as a professional dancer with her Pilates experience to provide a well rounded movement program; preventing injury rather than curing it.

Is equipment Pilates safe?

Sarah frequently works with clients who are referred via their consultant, physio or other medical professional to ensure the safest, most effective movement plan for you.

Which equipment is used?

In studio state of the art apparatus including the trapeze table, reformer, ladder barrel, chair or spine corrector all provide unique feedback into your neural network; helping your body to improve faster and with better ease and comfort.

Each session will also include 1 or 2 mat exercises for you to improve/practice at home.

What happens in session?

During your first session you will meet Sarah, fill out a health questionnaire and discuss your current situation. You will then be guided through a series of simple postures to help yourself and Sarah to assess where you are currently at and how to plan any future sessions moving forward.

Lesson plans will then be designed in a way to thoughtfully address your body as a whole; helping you to achieve an integrated mind/body experience.
