“Our weekly class with Sarah is fantastic! One year on and Sarah’s enthusiasm and planning continues to keep the classes interesting for us all. Cyclists aren’t well known for their flexibility or core strength so Sarah has tailored our class with the perfect mix of both mobility and core work, improving our overall experience and performance out on the bikes. I couldn’t imagine these classes not being part of our weekly training schedule now!!

“I have thoroughly enjoyed my Pilates mat, ballet barre and reformer classes with Sarah. I particularly like how she explains the more challenging exercises so that you get the right muscle groups working. She is also very good at making those minor corrections that make sure you are doing everything properly to get the best out of your workout. Finally she ensures there is enough variety in each class so that you have to concentrate and time flies past.”

“I’ve been doing Pilates with Sarah for over a year and she gets the balance just right - good fun, challenging & achievable. Most importantly she understands everyone’s individual strengths & weaknesses, and helps us all progress.”

“Sarah has helped me improve my technique and hence enhance the benefit that I derive from my Pilates lessons. Sarah does this by giving explicit instructions and following them up by gently correcting students as she moves around the studio. I have also greatly enjoyed Pilates Barre lessons with Sarah which provide an energetic workout for both body and mind.I find Sarah’s lessons both challenging and fun and this is particularly true of the Pilates Barre.”
